Mind if I use that one Zinnia ? I have been working on getting away from that feeling of being "damaged" "irrepareble" "broken". That gives me a better perception of it.

I have been using the Klonopin for several days not and it has definitely improved my sleep. It is nice to sleep through a night, which I havent done for so long. Lack of sleep seems to be my biggest trigger for mania, and consequently when I don't have good sleep, I also rev up my anxiety level about becoming manic.... get the idea ???

It seems Klonopin is helping in both those areas. I have been a bit teary though, but I can handle that.

Thanks for all your input.

It helps to hear from "those that knows"
