Well, not used to being up at this hour... noticed that the ladies were doing an all nighter... and at the beach too!!! Reminds me of the old days of skinny dipping, but now it's more like coffee and donuts, chunky dunkin'...

So the coffee is ready, double strength, and the tea pot is whistling for Red... and as mentioned, the donuts are out, awaiting their fate... Hope all are well today...

Well, he's on his way to the bank, I hope he makes it in time, and then we can close this frigging card so that all we have to worry about it the SS number, credit is already history, so all they can do is make it better..

So did all you decide to go to bed? debating on just staying up or going back, might go back as soon as I know if he made it or not.. can relax then at least..

I'll see what I can find... made it to the bank ok, got the dough, went to the store, and gas station, and took a whole 20 minutes... Green lights all the way down the main street... kinda Strange!! and of course, I did the speed limit...

Looks like everybody wrapped up in their beach blankets and dozed off... I'm heading that way my self... see ya'll later...

Did the speed limit, my butt, he is known for trying to break the land speed record, and it was in my car..lol.. anyway, thankfully he did make it, and I hope that none of the rest of you fall for this crap..

Might as well have not laid back down, could not get back to sleep but did rest, so maybe that is a good thing, most of the stock should have been put up last night, the chickie that had to work last night wasn't happy over the fact that she was actually going to have to work..lol.. I did all I could do in between having to wait on customers.. managed three totes of candy, could take a few bags, put them up, and then have to check on my register..generally had someone there, so had to quit and help them, it's guaranteed if I step out to find the baskets, I'll have two people waiting in line at my register, looking around like where the hell is everyone..

So with that in mind, where the hell is everyone? lol..

well good morning george and gracie you two are tag team funny today. those birds are just fine for my neck of the woods, glenn. in fact, they'd freeze their little asses off if all they had on was that warm head gear. we're hoping to see 50 today, which would be a treat compared to what we've had, but it's cloudy and cold when i let the dog out so i'm not holding my breath. two seasons=winter and feels like winter.

carmen-retail sure can suck sometimes. glad you made it through. i couldn't sleep either but seemed like everyone else could so i logged off and did laundry. little did i know you'd be lurking around or i would have stayed.

anyone have big plans for thursday? mine are to work my ass off, as per usual.

The only reason I was up, was cause someone I know and love had forgotten to turn off his damned phone alarm, when it went off at 2AM, it kept ringing and ringing and ringing, I finally gave up and got up...lol, was trying to go back to bed after he turned it off, and then he starts asking me questions from the computer room which I could not understand well enough to answer from the bedroom..lol..

Went and laid back down for a bit, and then my alarm went off, had to get back up, so what are you doing up at this hour? not sleeping again? All I have on my agenda for today is working, but then I have tonight and most of tomorrow off, don't have to be at work till 4pm, work till 1030 and then off for the weekend.

Good morning you three!

Glenn, I'm really glad you made it to the bank on time. That must be a real relief.

Z, Always good to see you, but your talk about how cold it is there always makes me shiver. It has been a long time since I lived in the cold. Some days, like last summer, I kind of miss it.

Carmen, it sounds like your day was busy yesterday.
