 Good Morning y'all, how are you today, I am hanging in there, made coffee, made tea, laid out some donuts for breakfast,

Please read my new post about IRS Scams, it seems there are stupid people out there trying to get personal information by posing as the IRS.

and everyone else in our wonderful group!!

Carmen, they just had a report on the very thing you were talking about (irs refund scams) on CNN. You are correct that they are doing it via the phone and internet. Unfortunately these people prey on everyone who is "patiently waiting" for there refunds.

My daughter told me you can actually go on the IRS web site to check on your refund. I haven't checked it out yet but seems that would be the safest way!

 Just went on the IRS web site and they do have a schedule of the refunds based on the last two digits of your SS#. They also have a calculator that tells you what your refund will be (if you didn't know)!

 we all get scammed when we need money and we're trying to wait for it. it sucks that there are people out there who are so crappy when the rest of us are just trying to be honest. forgive yourself, glenn, and let carmen handle it from now on

 Glenn...don't beat yourself up...like Zinna said we all fall into someone's scam at some time..there are too many out here not too.

Zinna...would send you some sun but all's we have is hot, humid with clouds and intermittent showers...

thanks for opening up..Carmen...

I have been on a rampage at work. Hubby said I am harsh with people I told him that is my restrained presentation. He is someone who never disagrees with anyone...and just ignores them.

I just have so much trouble with that.... When an employee is screwing up I says something to them and expect them to listen. When they don't after several warnings I do get pissed... Maybe I won't say a word today and just let everything go to hell And let hubby figure out what is going on He has admitted many times it is me who makes things happen. So I am going to let him do it for a while and I will be the nice guy No screaming, no hollering, no admonishings, just smile and let it all go to s***.
