Medications: Omeprazole 20 mg. 2x daily; Levothyroxine 50 mcg. 1 daily; Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. 2 daily; Cozaar 50 mg. 1 daily; Orphenadrine 100 mg. 2x daily; Gabapentin 1,200 mg. 3x daily; Tramadol 50 mg. 1 every 6 hours as needed; Cymbalta 30 mg. 1 daily; Abilify 30 mg. 1 daily; Ambien CR 12.5 mg. 2 at bedtime; Extra Strength Tylenol as needed.

I'm doing a lot better, Niecy. Thanks for asking. I think the new med. my doctor put me on may be helping. That or it's 'cos we have better weather right now. Time will tell.

A bit groggy. I don't think I slept very well last night. had some weird dreams and I think I tossed and turned through them all. Also, I had a rough day yesterday which didn't put me in a good frame of mind.

I am working today both morning and afternoon and will not have time to come home in between. I'm not too happy about that. 45 minutes with nothing to do. Anyway, thats my life story right now.

Also today is the anniversary of the day my Dad dies 8 years ago. I still miss him.
