Cool Good Morning DC, how are you this AM? it's suppose to be sunny and bright this AM, ain't to sure about warm though, we need a button that reflects crying, and having your hair blown back by the wind, we are in wind warning today, lol...was blowing so hard yesterday, I thought it was going to blow the trailer right off it's blocks.. suppose to have wind gusts today up to 50 miles per hour..

It has been pretty windy here the past couple of days, too. We were under a severe thunderstorm watch most of yesterday. I'm glad to say none developed in our area.

I've been doing pretty well the past couple of days. I am hoping that means the med change has finally kicked in. I think I might actually manage to do something constructive today. Smile

Are you feeling any better?

Getting to feeling better, I believe i have adjusted the meds to a slower start up on the lamictal increase, the bump from 400 to 600 was a bit to much for all at once, was having what I think was petite seizures, need the increase but could not take it like that.. I'll reach the full 600 on Friday of this week, between work and the problems there, home and the problems there, family and the problems there, it's been a lot of stress, work hopefully will level out, if the boss doesn't screw with my schedule again, he's been making it where I can't afford to work there, hubby and I have had some major falling outs over the past few weeks, along with the VA messing with his money, and messing up the very tight budget we operate on.. and then my Mom being sick and me having to be there for her, I have been laying of the group for the most part. Therapist bumped my visits up, knowing that I needed added time to try and get through this without having a melt down..

Other than that, life is just peachy..rofl..

A 100mg boost seems like quite a bit. Lamictal is a great med, but can really do nasty things with big increases. I'm glad you were able to bump it back a bit, and bring it up slowly.

I hope some of your stressors get resolved soon so you won't have so much on you all at once. Sounds like you have made some really positive steps toward coping. I don't have a therapist. I can't really afford one right now, but I think it would be a big help.

Hang tough. We all love and care about you.

*hugs* *hugs* *hugs*

Hey Red, have a wonderful day at work, and DC, I can't afford a Therapist either, just got insurance and found out the other day, I can't afford to use it, went to the doctors (a new one) just for a hi, how are you, and got charged 132.00 just about half my paycheck, now have to juggle bills to make it through to the next one. good thing I am great at budgeting and saving money..lol, or we would not have enough groceries in the house or gas in the car to make it till next payday, check out your local mental health for therapy and help with the meds, it's the only way I have been able to get treatment and my medications.
