 Hey glendolph. Right click on the image and open with paint. Go into view in the menu and take the vertical and horizontal down from 100% to like 50% in both. Then go back to the pic and save as. then upload and post

Glen, if you have compression available when it is saved out you can try to compress it more to get the file size right.
