Good Morning y'all, feeling a bit better this AM, think I have figured out what has been up for the past few days, a combination of stress, and no rest to speak of,and then the new medication dosage, not sitting to well, had to adjust back down to a smaller dosage around 500 and let the body get use to that before moving back up to 600, weekend is coming have a 3-day weekend to look forward too, nothing to do but go to the new doctors on Friday, and then veg all weekend, to heck with the drug dealers, think I might just sit on the porch and throw rocks at all the neighbors, have missed y'all, but have had Glenn get on here and let you know I was mia..

Coffee is just about ready, tea kettle is starting to whistle so that will be ready soon..

love you and peace.

Thanks Z and good morning, how have you been, seems like I can get on in the mornings, and be doing fairly well, by the time I get home though, the best thing for the world at large is for me to stay out of it..lol, might hurt someone and the tolerance is very down, so my words (typed or not can do even more damage)

I didn't want a adjustment, so have been trying to stay away from the doctor, but after Thursday and falling apart and not being able to get back out of it, had no choice in the matter, have to be able to work, can't work like that.

Looking forward to a relaxing not do anything weekend.

i know what you mean. i stay away when i feel badly because i know they're going to do their "tweaking" and it'll take me forever to get on track. grrrrrrr! i'm just glad you're better. hope your weekend gives you the rest you need. it's good to have something to look forward to-a reward. i have to go to yet another bridal shower this weekend. i love my sister in law to be but the social anxiety brought on by all these showers is making me crazier by the weekend...lol...by the wedding (June 7), i should be a total basket case

Good Morning all,

Carmen, it's great to see you, and to know you are feeling a bit better.

Zinnia, I hate having a lot of social gatherings in a row as well. They will be over soon. Just hang in there, and remember to take breaks from all of the people when it gets to be too much.

Great day everyone.

thanks, dream-i swear it's why i smoke-to have a reason to take frequent breaks at social gatherings my meds have helped with every other bp symptom i have besides the social anxiety. unfortunately, that's the one symptom that really pisses my mom and sister off, and i'm always going with them to those events. they're pissed that i want to drive separately and then they're pissed when i want to leave earlier than they do. it's a no win so this weekend, i've vowed to drive myself.

Morning Carmen...glad you are up and about....Glenn Happy Tuesday...DC bright and chipper...Tuesday is garbage day and we missed it that is the bad news...the good news at least I don't have to go out and pick up trash all over the lawn that the dogs dragged around. Always a silver lining...

norma-i almost peed my pants laughing at my brother at the last one who didn't know that if you got duplicate whoseewhatsits, you could return them. he was carrying crockpots and coffeemakers out to the car and bitching all the way about how were they going to fit this all in the house. when i informed him they could take them back and even keep the money if they wanted, it was like he was a changed man. it was hilarious...rofl

hope you have a fab day. btw-i made garbage day today but miss it at LEAST once a month. the no dogs deal is a bonus, though, i agree. leave it to you, dearest, to find the positive.
