I'm an Advocate

I have not been in this forum for awhile. I am a leader in another forum and find it takes up a lot of my time when i am not going to school on-line. Lately, I have been in the dumps and can't seem to get out of it. I fee pressured and overwhelmed by the things that are not in my control. So maybe I will try to psot a least once a week.

I usually check mine all day, even though I am a part of anger, stress, depression, and anxiety, This forum seems to wrap it all up into one.

You are right that it wraps a lot into this forum, yet it is always interesting to see what topics I can relate to and see how other people are handling the issue.
