Im finding it very hard to find a therapist. The low cost community ones will not take medicare, only medicaid. Fees for just getting evaluated cost about $350 and $75 after that..

I know I really need help. Not only dealing with bi polar but dealing with the loss of my brother and mom. Also co dependence.

I live in Tallahassee , Florida and hate this town! No help, and seems like no one cares till you try and commit suicide.

Just dont know what to do....

Hi Tanya,

There is a site you can go to called NAMI.com. They have a lot of resources for people with mental illness. There is a thread on this forum, by Dreux, that has all the resources he got from them.

Some churches offer low cost counseling, too. I am sorry about your situation. I know what it's like to need help, and not be able to find it.

God Bless,Gypsy
