 Here is a really newbie-like question. How do I stop the email alerts for forum posts?

All of that spam is making me hungry! Very hard to stick to my super-duper, belly fat fighting, diet program.

 Hey DC, when you have subscribed to a topic I don't know for sure how you would stop that, subscribing is when you have joined in on the conversation, if you are getting notice's from posts that you have not joined, you can go into your profile and click no on receiving group notices.. that should do it, you can also look at the FAQ and see if there is information there.

 go to your profile then to update profile and then to my support groups and it will say recieve group forum notifications just click no and that should do it dear..:~dragonfly
