MDJunction to me

liamacker"The part of my recovery plan that I would say made up 80% is MDJ. I suffered a lot prior to finding MDJ, felt alone and had no one to talk to who really understood me. In the Bipolar Group I found like minded individuals who I could relate to and who offered support to me when I needed it. As I recovered, I could then offer support to them which gave me a good feeling about myself. I have met some great people here who I would class as good friends and know I would still be in the slump I was in without them. Now I am stable, I know that MDJ plays an important part in keeping me that way. Thank you MDJ for being there for us all and making us no longer feel alone." (liamacker)

What are you up to today MsJ? I'm riding out to my moms to get a table for my daughters place. I have my husbands truck and all the gadgets that go with it. She lives about an hour away from me.

Good morning LaineySmile

I got up really early, but have just done a mile so far. I'm doing a load of laundry, before I go back out.

I'm going to do my workout and I need to get my floors cleaned up and figure out what supper is going to be.

I got my spare room together yesterday and it looks so pretty!

Sounds like fun Lainey, good think a table doesn't weigh too much. Are you going out to lunch with Mom?

Flaco, I need to do a load of laundry too. Well maybe two of them. Do you always break up your walking? That seems like a good way to do it.
