"Bipolar Disorder" (drelew)

MDJunction to me

neshama48"Having Crohn's Disease for over 26 years, in the first few years, it lonely and isolating.
Though now my disease is in a near perfect remission, my friends and family are sympathetic to me, but I can not talk to them about this disease. When I stumbled across MD Junction, and met others who had the same disease I was not alone in battling the disease. MD Junction is like a second family, without the judgement or guilt of having Crohn's Disease, but they do give you love and support.

i guess it sometimes takes some pretty dramatic events for us to actually learn the lesson we need to know...my uncle, a really great and wise man (love him so much) once said to me that there are so many significant events in your life, both good and bad, but it always seems like the worse the event is, the more we learn from it.

It is through trials that we are forged and become something stronger than what we were before.

it always seems like my problems are so bad and so much worse than those around me when i'm really seeing narrowly. when i open my eyes, though, i find that not only are there other people who have the same problems i do, there are people who have problems i can't even imagine. i try not to use that to beat myself up for feeling hurt by my problems, but to put things in some perspective. i'm not always so good at it but i try.
