Hey all time to get the party started. Hammocks are blowing in the wind begging to be relaxed in. FOO FOO's need to partaken of and friends from every walk coming together for some good comeraterie. Kareoke anyone? WHO LET THE DAWGS OUT... WHO, WHO, WHO!!!

I am here who else wants to join me this evening?

On the subject of age relative to enjoyment of life. I know people that say " If I were ?? and knew what I know now..." (I am sure you have all heard it). I and my wife are enjoying life more now than ever before. I would never go back to any age knowing what I know now, it was hard enough getting here the first time, why would anyone ever want to repeat any of that? I am 42 3/4 and more in love with life than ever before and looking forward to the increasing joy that seems to be coming with age.

GOD BLESS

RED

Hi everybody I finally got a second to stop in at the beach and I sure do need a little beach time!!!!The plant factory in the basement has exploded into wonderous green growth!!! Been so busy transplanting and planting got tons of floresent lights going in the basement. So far have somewhere close to 100 doz pepper plants.several kinds of Basil sage, thyme, lots of flowers and now the tomato seeds I planted 5 days ago are coming up, all awaiting more stable weather till they can go out in the greenhouse. Forever I've been thinking about your question and Each decade had its good and bad including this one !!Probably can't stay long got to get back to work.

Hey mom, all of that hard work deserves a FOO FOO with a crazy straw! Jealous of you playing in the basement gone jungle. If it does not stop raining here I will have to go hydroponic this year!

Will save a hammock for you and keep another FOO FOO cold for when you are done playing with your new little green friends.

Thanks red will try to make it back Read about the concert glad you both had a good time !Hubby and I have different tastes in music but Celtic is one we both do enjoy. It is also raining here all night and all day the horse shall now have a middle name Moonshadow Houdini!!He put his considerable backside against the fence and pushed and pushed and somehow got out.Hubby and son did entice him to come to them [he is a sucker for a handful of grain] and were able to confine him before he got all the way to the evil neighbors.Anyhow thanks in advance for saving me a hammock and lots of foofoo .Got to go to plant world for a little while.

Hey mom, wife wants to know if you are anywhere near Amish country? She has a fascination with the Amish. She is reading a set of novels based in Amish life.

Amom, she is reading Abraham's Daughters by Beverly Lewis and Brides of Lancaster County by Wanda Brunstetter. I know that both authors books are parts of a series based on the Amish culture. My wife (Trish) is enamored with their cooking also, the books refer to the dishes and give a couple of recipies. She is now looking for recipies for Shoofly Pie and Whoopie Pie (seriously) and misty mint salad.
