Goodmorning all! It is another wet, soggy day here in Southern Illinois. I have seen animal starting to gather 2 by 2, I think that means it is seriously wet outside! SOOOOOOOO! It is off to the beach I go! |

 Good Morning Red, Good Morning Tee, the house is smelling like ham, lol, getting the finishing touches ready to be done for dinner, still don't know how many folks I am going to have, it will be somewhere between 3 and 7, me, Glenn, Mom, the baby brother and his partner, and the partners sister and brother in law..Mom should make it, as I have forbidden her to get sick, Jerry and Jerr, I am not to sure about as Jerr hasn't been doing so good, and if he don't show, then Kris and Alan won't so I don't know. Kirby and Nancy are in the process of moving so we are to catch up with them later and bring them plates, I cheated got those Styrofoam things. I really hate serving off them, but for now they will have to work, have to find another set of dishes to add back to my collection, as I can't find the other set I had,  At one point and time I had a service for 12, all matching too..lol.. I insisted on matching silverware and a serving set for my wedding present to myself. Was tired of the thrift shop specials. Hanging out on the beach sounds wonderful today, we are at 40 degrees and raining, Red? have you been telling the animals in SC to gather at my house? nothing like waking to a pair of racoons sitting on the porch..rofl..just kidding. Wish me luck in not killing anyone today,

Morning Terri, Concert was AWESOME!!! Got home at about 2am, been a long time since we were out with friends til that time of the morning, felt good. It is 46 here with 1000% humidity! At this rate I am going to have to pontoons on the tiller and begin hydroponic gardening! LOL How is Terri today? |

I'm doing well. I think I'm finally snapping out of my weather induced glumminess (is that a word?, lol). Vacation's over for me so back to work tomorrow. But, since I have a great job, I'm okay with it. Carmen, I fix dinner for 5 everyday! LOL. Just kidding, I know it's different when you have company - lot's more stress. I had my big feast last week, just my regulars and oldest daughter's boyfriend. It was nice. I'm sure you'll enjoy it, too, once everything is done. Morning all, No coffee? Here I am barely able to see my computer screen and there is no coffee!LOL Coffee is on for the other sleep heads.  The wedding was nice yesterday. Thanks for the advice about what to wear Norma. Today is hubby's 44th B-day. When and if my eyes open this morning I will be headed out in hunt of a Carvel ice cream cake. My husband's favorite food. We are going out to dinner tonight with friends. It is a gorgeous morning already. The high here in FL is suppose to be 79 degrees. Carmen good luck with your dinner! I hate people and family most of all. Planned on Easter today, just got a call out of my mom saying she didn't feel like coming for dinner cause her potato salad didn't turn out, needless to say I got upset, still upset and called her back and told her I didn't want her here if she didn't want to be here, having enough fu***** trouble out of Glenn at the moment. |
