I'm going to start smaller than the intended videos so I don't get so discouraged. I've found a good resource for different exercises you can do with no equipment, but now I need to devise a schedule of when to do what and I'm clueless.

Just a quick hey and I am happy to report that my size 10's a getting a little loose. YEA!! Unfortunatly I also am going to have to do some sort of exercise and can't find the time. I am chauffering kids around a minimum of four hours a day in addition to 8hrs of work etc...

Fragile, maybe a video would be the ticket for me. The no equipment thing I like.

I just have to say that I am losing weight again, albeit slowly, and have now lost 37 pounds! 18 more to go to hit my goal weight.

That is just wonderful. I have been blaming Limictal but see you are taking more than me. No matter if I ate cake, candy, every kind of sweet known to man I could put on 100 pounds in about 6 months. I rarely eat sweets, I do eat a well balanced diet and the weight stays the same.

I am just thrilled for you my dear.Smile

The very best thing that will cause weight loss is plain old walking. I lost 100 pounds by eating right and the walking.

Congrats tinlizzy & UW!

auntie60 I love to walk, especially in beautiful surroundings and pleasant weather. It's been insanely hot during the days here for a while but evening walks are nice too Smile

It's been too hot to walk here as well- you chew the air in Florida some days.

...which really isn't an excuse, I've got a treadmill parked RIGHT in front of my tv.

Problem is I love food. I love to make it, I love to taste it, I love to share it with people. Little makes me happier than cooking a meal my whole family will enjoy.

We don't even eat badly; it's a portion issue.

Well and I'm essentially a lump.

Buuuut I think it'd be fun (possibly motivating) to have some folks to check in with every couple of weeks.

Maybe I'll have something good to report too soon ;D

Good going to those of you that lost though!

May I be your secret scary friend?
