It's so much better that way, Flaco Smile

I am especially triggered by news of the war and local gang violence. Needless killings on both fronts.

On a lighter note, my Princess is coming over today and tomorrow I get to visit with my son. A nice weekend for me with (hopefully) not too much stress.

The news being used to scare and bum people out, will hopefully be a thing of the past soon.

I sure have been feeling bad, but "crashing" so to speak, feels a lot better, on the weekend. "Pajama Saturday," is far better than say "Pajama Wednesday," i guess. Perhaps it doesn't make me feel as bad.

Good for you for eating something Flaco, a good source of protein is eggs, meat, peanut butter and beans.

I do my best to stay away from the news, not only because of all the violence, Glenn has a habit of turning even the most positive piece into something negative, sometimes he can be seriously depressing to be around, and I am the one they say have the mental problems..

Guess that I ought to get dressed and go see him, not going to do a all day thing today, talked with him earlier, his fever has broke, and been down all night, he's still having problems with the side effects of all the antibiotics they are giving him. They have wiped out every bacteria in his body even the good ones. So have to get those rebuilt, but those will come after they take him off the anti's. Y'all have fun.

Big hugs for all.
