I think it sound like a mixed state. A time I would self medicate with alcohol, but I am not doing that any more. Its better today. Also situational I think, stuff at work and home all at once.

mind racing, yet tired, mood irritated, can concentrate even thought I have a lot of things to do, sad and somewhat hopeless feeling, all of this at once.
