easier said than done. i mean literally moments, like when the whole family is dancing together for the berentstein bears theme song. little snippets of time that are beautiful amidst the dreariness of this disease

Last week it was snowing in full sun and blue sky. Never seen anything like it-and the backdrop of the Mountains. I had been having a rough one and had just been praying fro a little help an hour prior.

I heard a little internal whisper.."have a litte faith"

I pulled out in my car and at the 1st stoplight glanced over and my husband was in his truck right beside me. Our song was playing on my radio.

I felt a moment of perfectly crystalized Grace.

It was 10 minutes of amazing. Don't think I'll ever forget it.

wrote to my adopted brother who lives in Toronto. We are not related but think of ourselves as brothers.Miss the motorcycle rides with him. Wrote him to tell him how important he his in my life.He is so far away but sometimes thinking of the great times makes me at once happy and a little sad. He is supportive as i am to him.He just did a new photgraphy exhibit. At the end of the day its the people who accept us in good moods and bad slumps. Trying hard today to not get low.Seems its right below the surface. glad i see my therpist today.its my constant refuge that helps me process all of the bi-polar. And all of you tooSmile

I'm finally awake. I went to bed early last night, so scared. I wish they would hurry and get my meds in already dammit. I was babysitting my nephew last night, and he was asleep, and then I started to hear things, I Was in the bathroom and I heard what seemed to be whining, then growling, and laughing, but there was noone around, no TV on or anything, so I went to check on my nephew, and he was sound asleep, so I came back downstairs and I was crying I was so shaken, so I decided to go to bed early, even though I was nowhere near tired...

Yeah, they told me to call yesterday, but I was up there yesterday, and they said they will call me when they are in, I am sooo pissed. I want to start feeling better.
