Thank you; i needed a hug. I'm a abit teary-eyed and depressed right now. But he will do well and I must remember that fact.

The growing up years went by so fast; I wish I held him more when he was small enough to carry around. I miss our close contact. Now we 'knuckle to knuckle' and give shy hugs.

I hope so; he tended to forget to telephone me when he was in Ca. And rarely emailed me. It's the same when he is with me; he rarely communicates with his paternal family (that I know of, at least)

When I visited family and was away from my mom I didnt contact her as much but since ive moved out I txt email and call my mon,all say long I used to be like your son he will miss you and he will come around im sure of it

thanks so much for the support. I have a wonderful dachshund to keep me company. My illness is such that I have trouble maintaining relationships so I don't see myself starting over with someone. It'll work out b/c I still live near my parents and although elderly, we visit weekly. They are having a difficult time with their only grandson's move too.

I have a three bedroom house with large den; it'll be too big for me soon. I want to move but the thought of it causes to much stress so I won't consider it anytime soon.
