I don't see how people take the Saphris in the day time. Because of it's half life, most people also take a day time dose. I can't. I will be asleep.

Oh okay, i thought topamax was more of an upper..it has been awhile. I think i took topamax to help with hunger control.

Yes, it definitely does help with mania. I feel more like myself, good self, then i have on any other anti psychotic.

Abilify worked great for years but i started having trembling and jerky type movements so i switched.

Saphris is expensive and it's only been out over a year..so it will be awhile before we can get it cheaper. Of course! It dissolves in your mouth and it tastes pretty bad. I've got used to it now but it also makes your tongue tingle...lol
