Hey, Ally! I'm kind of on the blue side to be honest. How are you? Are you feeling any better?

I'm sorry you are feeling blue. I'm feeling ok today. I had my meds adjusted on Friday and I think (hope and pray!) that it is helping out. But it could be too soon to tell.

I am so glad you are feeling good today. Some things do act quickly while others have to build up in your system and can take maybe two weeks to take effect. What did your pdoc change?

It's okay, IDNK. I sometimes have a hard time focusing, too.

He just increased my Lithium. I know that I probably won't feel the effects for a while, but I'm hopeful that the increase is already helping. I definitely do feel less down today, so far at least. Keeping my fingers crossed!
