Guess I'm here kinda' early for a Saturday morning. Actually, I forgot it was Saturday until I started this thread, duh!

I don't have anything profound to say. Just wondered if anyone was around and wanted to chat for a while.

I've got to go feed my cats for now. Be back in a little while ...

Since two AM! Hangin in pain so far... good long hot bath and a heating pad attached to me at all times is how it's goin! But don't mistake this for complaining! LOL! My cats are quite active this AM- but they nap so easily all day long- I'm optimistic I'll get a nap in too... okay, now I'm just rambling... All okay in your world?

Good morning to you too Bob! I'll live- but thanks for the well wishes! Have you tried to make a list? It's a start... it's something at lesst. Then just try to mark things off - something about having a list and the desire to mark that baby off helps me a lot-- I can't stand having stuff left on the list... but- if I do- on the list for the next day it goes!

Hello! I'm back.

I'm so sorry to hear you're in pain Bfly. But glad you've got your cats to entertain you and perhaps cuddle up with you for a while ...

Bob, motivation to do chores has never been my strong suit I'm afraid. I wish you well with it. Maybe if you just try to do one thing out of all you need to do? Sometimes that works for me ...

Anyway, the cats are all fed now. It's always a ruckus when I feed them canned food! Everybody wants to eat each other's food! And it's all the same food. Go figure.

[Charles Wallace possessed by IT, says to Meg]: ‘Mrs. Whatsit hates you,’ Charles Wallace said. And that is where IT made ITS fatal mistake, for as Meg said, automatically, ‘Mrs. Whatsit loves me; that’s what she told me, that she loves me,’ suddenly she knew. She knew! Love. That was what she had that IT did not have. She had Mrs. Whatsit’s love, her father’s, and her mother’s , and the real Charles Wallace’s love, and the twins’ and Aunt Beast. And she had love for them. But, how could she use it? What was she meant to do? If she could give love to IT perhaps it would shrivel up and die, for she was sure IT could not withstand love. But her in all her weakness was incapable of loving IT. But, she could love Charles Wallace. She could stand there and love Charles Wallace. Her own Charles Wallace, the real Charles Wallace. I love you. Charles Wallace, you are my darling and my dear and the light of my life and the treasure of my heart. I love you. I love you. I love you." (228-229)

Hi, Jessica. I'm sorry to hear this is your last post. I saw earlier where you wrote you just have so much work to do with school, your health, and your jobs that you were going to pull back from posting here. Please just remember we're always here to listen and to help where and how we can. I wish you well with your plans. But don't forget that you need to take time out for yourself. It's important.

LOL about the canned food craziness- reminds me of the cheerios commercial where people order bowls of cheerios... some for cholesterol, some cause it's yummy etc- then everyone looks at each other cause the waitress got it all wrong! LOL- I totally just advertised for cheerios... I'm still doing it!

Why your last post Jessica?
