I put "war of 1812" in parentheses because America considered it one as where the British kind of just classified it as a police action. I mean they burned down Washington DC, I don't think London suffered much damage. This "war" should actually be categorized as colonialism in The UK's case and for us an excuse for crap things we did to Native Americans. Andrew Jackson killing the Creek and the breaking up of the federation of tribes out west. Keep in mind while England was fighting this war with the US at the same time they beat Napoleon. I think it's safe to say that if we were an equal threat to Napoleon then England could have beaten us. The little guy escapes and they just gave up on fighting with us. I think it needs to be said that America is more annoying than superior at fighting in this era of history.

Slavery is a bigger topic than I'm not going to get into because I meant it in terms of wealth and human worth. It's just too big to talk about here.

our constitution is based on the model of the Iroquois Confederacy...native Americans are historically some of my favorite socialists. I don't know how the government is trying to take away rights from people in as much as they are making your rights worth less by doing things like letting corporations have the same rights as citizens.

I have no clue what bill that you mean, I mean if you can tell me what it's about I might have heard about it. I stay up to date on rights based laws.

its the National Defense Authorization Act, in addition to wanting to censor the internet but thats separate

as far as what our constitution is based on i dont really care i still like and support it and freedom

as far as killing native americans, i dont like it i think it was horrible but i wasnt there and had nothing to do with it,just like i never have and never will own a slave

side note about the brittish: i doubt they considered spreading their empire and exploiting and controlling other countries as wars either, its just perspective

I don't want you to get the feeling that I want you to feel bad about the slave or native issues or anything. I'm trying to point out that the living things in the world are what is worth something ultimately, not paper, rocks or things that can be bought with paper or rocks. I'm going to amend that paper and rocks do matter but they are just paper and rocks. They can help people out but I think in a lot of cases we put too much value on them.

I've heard about that Internet crap. It's all intertwined with neo-patriot act junk. Rights are a whole lot easier to give up than they are to get back so I hope that never comes to fruition.

I'm going to say one more thing based on the was of 1812 and that era. I've heard it told from many perspectives academically. It ranges on from world history in high school, US history in HS up through the 6 history classes I've taken in college. Now mind you, that's what I've been told and what I've read. I based what I shared on what I remember from all that boiled down and looked at from my own eyes. I'm not going to pretend that I have some sort of expert status on the matter but I do have what I would call a basic grasp on the subject.

ive read a litte about chaos(ism) and one teaching is dont believe anything you read, i think thats a good rule

people have agendas and will write anything to help their cause so i take everything with a grain of salt now. in highschool i blindly listened to and accepted some things, plus a goal of highschool is to try and mass brainwash people froma young age

im no expert either, interpretation, world view, prespective, varying stories, etc etc all seem to paint grey

yeah it is but who is going to do anything about it? i mean whose voice/s will be heard?

it's giving the military far too much power and reducing your constitutional rights!

are you even free to protest this?

I want to ask a question, who supports the 1% that owns everything?
