If I could afford it I would go on a Sushi/Japanese food diet. My husband despises sushi, so we rarely go out and eat it. Plus, watching my budget.

Just a weird craving I have today...need protein maybe.

Tuna, eel, Mackrel, Samon almost all of it. Everything with wasabi plus the great side dishes. Cant hang with the fish roe ones though. I love caviar but the Large roe expload like party favors. YUK!!!
Lamital 200mg at night 200mg in morning
Clonipin 1mg twice a day
Abilify 20mg once a day

-Bipolar II, ADHD, Chronic back pain (currently diagnosed as Spondlyitis, doc thinks in the future I will be diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondlyitis).

I used to sell Russian Caviar....the pricey stuff. So I am not wild about some of the Japanese caviar, but they work great as a garnish. Hand rolls, or cut rolls? Sometimes I just do Sashimi...with sides. Wasabi rocks.

I always feel clean and healthy and have energy when I indulge. Plus, the decorations and serene dining atmosphere is really cool!

If you ever visit Vancouver ,British Columbia it has tons of sushi restaurants. My favorite is salmon shashimi with soy-wasabi sauce. Im hungry now :>P
