I am back. Went ahead and took my meds. And the extra klonopin. Feeling restless.
My friends call me Dani.

Sometimes I lie awake at night and I ask, "Why me?", then a voice answers "Nothing personal, your name just happened to come up."

Sleeping is a big issue with me right now. I don't feel like sleeping, I am not tired, but I HAE to sleep or this will just keep goin and get stronger.

Yeah, that's a good feeling. I sleep like the dead. No one could wake me up. At least right after my meds. 1215 is the earliest I have been awake. And that was cause I have to go pee.

You need to eat, even if it's just soup. Or pb and j. Or cheese. Make something to eat before bed. A small something. You might sleep better.
