MDJunction to me

ThereseML"When I first came to MDJ, I was in need of peer support in dealing with issues of my childhood abuse. I was moving away from the painful issues and trying to find an uplifting group of people to help me transition to a thriver in my life. I found that here. I also found a group of peers with Fibromyalgia and found the same uplifting experience there. My computer crashed and it was a while before I found my way back, this time with issues related to Parkinson's Disease. I had tried a few other support sites before reminding myself of MDJ. On those, I never got a reply. I finally found my way back here and again found very supportive, caring and inspiring people who made me feel like I was 'back home'. Indeed I am." (ThereseML)

coffee's on. it's freezing here. i'll put pancakes and eggs on. we're vegetarians so someone else will have to do the sausage and bacon.

I'll cover the bacon, but someone else'll have to do the sausage. The stuff makes me sick. I can bring some orange juice to that table, too.
I had a rose named after me and I was very flattered.
But I was not pleased to read the description in the catalog:

doing pretty well, darkest. thanks for doing the sausage, cats. don't care at all what anyone else eats, just can't cook the meat. now everyone will be happy. told those of you up all night with me that supposed to go running with boyfriend this morning. what a sick and horrible joke. i hate exercise more than anything but i'm trying to pretend that i'm going to get in shape this year. HA HA HA. i'll go this morning and it will suck and the only good part will be when i stop.

I get off work this morning at 7:30, then I'm going to stay awake until 11 because I decided that I'm going swimming with my husband this morning so I can get some laps in. It makes the exercise not quite so bad because I enjoy swimming. I just need to get some goggles for when I swim.

Swimming! Lucky! I wish I had an indoor pool close by. I probably do, but don't realize it. I'd need a wet-suit to go in the pool outide, right now. Brrrrr.

For me, to have exercise work best, it needs to be part of something else. I like to live in areas, where all of my errands, can be accomplished, on foot. That way, I can plan out, different shopping routes, for different needs, and keep manic, impulse buys down, because they weigh more, and that sucks while walking.
