Abilify 15mg once daily
Ambien CR 12.5mg @ bedtime for insomnia
Wellbutrin 450mg once daily
Metformin 500mg twice daily

D is for diet, which I hope I start soon!

Seroquel XR, 300mgs
Then 50mgs later on in the evening
to encourage sleep.
250mgs of Lamictal in the morning. Mood Stabilizer
Lithium 250mg at night and 250mgs in the AM.


Three other meds for psychical problems

there was a lot of bad stuff for me this year. but a lot of good times too. my kids are doing well for a change. and i am getting better.
