I am. Not sure what mine is going to be this year. I am working on being more assertive. I think that is probably going to be mine.

Does anyone else have something in mind?

Mine is to get my meds right and become more stable. After 3 years of trying, maybe 2009 is my year!

Lose weight. Take my meds everyday (My wife gets annoyed when the pharmacy calls about my auto refill and I have 1/4 of a bottle left. Start running again.

Cutting back on the therapy and the drs visits. Hoping I'm stable enough to make it thru the year without hospitalization. In January (around the 18th) I will have been out of the bin for one year! Thanks to the meds and therapy. But if I can graduate to seeing pdoc every 3 months and therapy every other week. That would be great. Also maybe looking for a non stressful job. PT.

I think I am going to start a garden. Grow my own veggies. Not to mention a little self therapy.

Cut back on the meds (slowly and under supervision)and the big one, re-joing the real world and start dating.

Oh no!!!!! Not already!! I am sure I will have an entire list printed out, but most of the time I am not that great at keeping up with them. I guess the best one would be to stay healthy, workout, eat......and well.

I think I need to change mine after today. My resolution is to not kill my ex-husband AND his wife.
