Is anyone around?

It is 2:22am. I cannot sleep again. My heart is racing.

"If you could read my mind you would be in tears"

"Who cares when I cry"

"A smile just hides the tears we hold inside."

Hey IDNK,How was work today?
I am not a Dr and therefore are not able to provide medical advice, the opinions I express are mine and based on my experiences and should not be taken as anything other than my opinion.

You awake as if from a nightmare to find yourself standing in front of a blank wall, dazed with no idea as to how you got there.

You feel something in your hand. You look down to see you are holding paint brush, you are confused. Out of the corner of your eye you see a table, on that table is some paint. The colours make you feel happy and safe, you look to the other side, and there is another table with paint. The colours are dark and remind you of your nightmare, a chill runs down your spine at the thought of it.

You look back at the canvas and see something you missed before. Now you understand. you chose a colour, and begin to paint.

Above the wall was written,

Your life

I'm doing better, thanks, Niecy. Not quite as tense as I've been. I'm surprised, too, because today I normally see my tdoc. and she will be unavailable this week and next week as well, so I thought today I'd feel really lousy. Glad -- and surprised -- that I don't!!

Have you had your coffee yet? It's too early for my tea, lol!

I'm happy to see you!

I'm happy to say that the benedryl is working to keep my mucus and throwing up problem at bay. I only gagged and puked a little...lol

So maybe it is allergies. Winter allergies???? I also get spring and fall allergies, so i guess i now have winter allergies...huh

I'm glad to hear that you are doing good, in spite of your tdoc being away. I know you get used to having someone to talk to and get advice from.

How is the hip?

Yes, i'm drinking my coffee, but i got up at 5:30 this morning..yuck. I'm on my 2nd small pot...lol

Yeah, Winter allergies. Who knew? I guess it comes from being inside -- all the things in our indoor air, dust, fumes from things like fabric treatments on furniture, cleaning products, etc. Anyway, those are some things I've heard it can be. Doesn't seem to matter how clean you keep your place or anything like that. You could clean all day and that kind of stuff would still be there. Anyway, enough from "Dr. Barb" lol!!

I'm glad the Benedryl is working for you. I feel bad for what you have to go through in the mornings with feeling so sick.

To change the subject, i found a great volumizer for my limp straight hair. It is called, Big Sexy Hair back comb. You lift up your hair and spray the roots, keep you hair lifted until dries, which is just a few seconds. Then lay your hair back down...vavoom body!!! I love it and it is new on the market. You can get it at beauty supply stores. I don't know if you have a problem with volume or not. but this stuff is great....
