I'm sorry about how you been feeling. I also was rapid cycling the other day. I stayed up for 30 hours. It was like i took some speed or something. Nothing worked not even my night meds. My brain just kept rolling with thoughts. Does your mind roll with thoughts too?

Do people ever acuse you of being on drugs when you are manic? My mom has asked me if I am using drugs before, it drives me crazy because thankfully I have never been a drug addict and I wish I had control over the BP like I do over the choice of not using drugs.

So you also hate going to the store? I have to drag myself there lately. Luckily i had a friend that had to go to the store too. So she dropped by and picked me up.

Yes, i have had people ask me why I was wound up before. All i can say is I don't know...

My mom understands because she is also bipolar.

I know exactly what you mean, Amanda. I wish that we had a choice, like with the use of drugs.

I've been very stable for years now, but lately they are not helping much. It is scary.

my meds aren't helping that is what i was trying to say. I can't seem to type this morning. My fingers aren't working right.

Do you always get up early too? Do you also go to bed early?

Niecy, yes I always get up at 5am and try to be in bed by 9pm, but that part doesn't always happen.

Niecy, I hate going to the store because it causes me great anxiety, not only because of the crowds but also because I worry about spending too much money and getting into an argument with my husband because of it.
