I'm up early today. Yet another doctor appointment to go to. Hopefully my PCP will have more suggestions as to what we can do next ... Anyway, here I am if you want to talk. I'd be happy to keep you company! Cheerful

Good morning, Chaz! Congratulations on your one-cup coffee maker. They're convenient little gadgets to have.

Enjoy your time at church.

I'm the same way, every time I see any of my doctors or even my therapist I get so nervous you would think I was going for a job interview! It will be okay Barb, just wait and see.

Thanks for your support, Amanda. Yeah, I always imagine the worst. I think it's some kind of defense mechanism. I try to disappoint myself early, then the other party can't disappoint me any worse than I already have. Sigh. Control, control, control. I've just got to let go and open myself to whatever he has to offer.

It is very hard to let go Barb, tha is understndable as is your aprehension but try not to worry your self sick over it, remember worry causes tension and tension causes pain which you definitely do not need. What time is your appointment today?
