i am struggeling.what about you?how are you?

im doing good a little concern with my daughter what are you strugglering with

i am not having good days sence friday iam overloadet with mind problems.can't sleep,beeing restless,self-injuring,feeling lonely wich is totally stupid with four kids.

what is wrong with your daughter?

shes planning on leaving her husband dont know the reason my daughter can go in deep depreeeion which concerns me . sybille do you have meds to take anight so you can sleep. i know its hard to sleep when your mind is racing

please see your dr. i know its hard for you what about your meds are they not working if not maybe your dr can give you something different

no i don't the doc don't want to give me any because he said i take enough pills as it is.but yesterday i could not take it anymore and at five i was so dang tiered that i could have feel over dead.so i went and took an extra 5 mg of valium and that helped me go to sleep then and sleep all night until five this morning.i hope everything works out fine with your daughter.i know how it can feel because i told my mom a thousand times i would leave my husband and we still together,i finally stopped about three years ago saying it.donna i hope you don't go no where i'll be right back.

i just got out of the hospital a day before thanksgiving,then i enrolled in an intensive outpatient program.i go mo,tue,and wed.on monday i will let them know that i am having problems with the new meds they put me on.
