Medications: Omeprazole 20 mg. 2x daily; Levothyroxine 50 mcg. 1 daily; Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. 2 daily; Cozaar 50 mg. 1 daily; Orphenadrine 100 mg. 2x daily; Gabapentin 1,200 mg. 3x daily; Tramadol 50 mg. 1 every 6 hours as needed; Cymbalta 30 mg. 1 daily; Abilify 30 mg. 1 daily; Ambien CR 12.5 mg. 2 at bedtime; Extra Strength Tylenol as needed. |

Well, you caught me as I was leaving. I have to go to work today. It's my monthly Saturday to work.  I wish I had time to stay and chat. We haven't chatted for a while. I miss our "discussions". Good morning, is anyone around? I am not a professional, any and all advice that I give is based solely on personal experiences and is not intended to take the place of a medical or mental health professional.
My diagnosis:
Bipolar I Extreme rapid cycling, General Anxiety disorder, Social anxiety disorder, PTSD, Fibromyalgia
My meds:
Equetro 800mg
Klonopin 1mg as needed for anxiety
Celexa 40mg
Atarax
Lyrica 100mg x 3 a day |
