Lamictal 100mg @ bedtime
Zyprexa 10mg@bedtime
Restoril 15mg PRN
Kolonopin .5mg PRN
Trazadone 1-3 tabs @ bedtime
Restoril 1-2 tabs @ bedtime
Kolonopin 0.5mg 2x's a day as needed
