I am also kinda sad this week, the pool i've been going to all summer is closing for the season this week Sad I've also lost ten pounds this summer just from swimming several times a week. I've also really toned up....Now i guess it is back to the boring treadmill....

However, there is something about swimming that really lifts the depression and keeps me really content and relaxed.

I guess i should join the Y, but i can't stand the thought of swimming in the winter and having to dry your hair and such before leaving the building, what a chore.

I live in a place with all the seasons and i really should be used to it by now, and just get over it.....

Good morning, Niecy. I am sorry about your pool closing. I live with 4 distinct seasons, too, and I love it, but I do wish they were not equal in length!

Good morning Uppity, Yeah i know, i wish winter didn't seem to last so darn long. I dread it already. The short gray dark days and the freezing cold....brrrr

More than anything i have major anxiety about driving in the winter months....

Sad Poor Niecy! No pool! Sad

Good morning, by the way, ladies!

I'm okay, except I haven't had any tea and my fingers are dyslexic.

My mom just gave me an area rug that my aunt no longer wanted. She has a dog, so when i put it down on the floor, my dog immediately peed on it and then took a poop....i could kill him. He is now in his penalty cage...lol I guess he was marking his territory....what a way to start the day!

Uppity, sorry you overslept. How'd you sleep, in general, last night?
