Smile Smile Goooood, Morning all of you, we're one day closer to the weekend, anyone made grand plans yet?

Mine are work Saturday, have Sunday off, and then work through Thursday, and have a three day weekend, next weekend, one of the guys had a family emergency, so I am covering for him Saturday. Day shift so I don't really mind, not to mention the fact that he is a great guy and I would go out of my way to help him.

Did I tell you? I am getting 5 days a week, all day shifts starting next week, going to be kinda tough working all day, 8 to 430, but it's 40 hours and stable, did ask the boss if we could expect a fairly stable schedule and he said yes, so no more of this bouncing around crap he had been doing.

Good Morning Carmen, Krissy and Jritchie!

I woke up with my eyes swollen shut and a runny nose, and it's so cold this morning, there is no doubt fall is here. I've got half the wall paper down in the spare bedroom, and was looking forward to getting that pproject finished this weekend if possible. I've picked a paint color to match the hideous carpet. It's called Chilly morning...how appropriate LOL

Good morning, carmen, jr, countrymouse and krissy! Sounds as if you all have your days planned.

Jr- get better already! I am sure you feel the same way!

Countrymouse- yeah, what color is that!? Sounds as if you are doing tons of work on that house.

Carmen - yeah for a normal schedule.

Krissy- a day off work just means a lot more work at home!

I am home with my 8 year old daughter. She has the sore throat, fever thing going. Makes me stay here at the house and get much needed cleaning done. We are having a church cookout at our house on Saturday. I think it will be fun. Just trying not to do too much because last weekend I crashed and burned when I got overloaded. If I pace myself I should be OK.

Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
The leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

K, Chilly morning is an icy blue, almost white. As for the swollen eyes and runny nose I've got a mold allergy that rears it's ugly head when the leaves start to fall. You've got a point though...after 80 years on that wall there is probably a lot of things to be allergic to in that wall paper! I've been soaking, then scraping so thankfully not too much dust.
