 Slim picks on the books here..I got just about all my info when I was in the hospital for two months..We had med,copeing skills,self-esteem and other groups..We did groups on any thing about BP or Depression..I loved that hospital..

 me too smoked that long i stopped when they found my first aneursym at 35 years old kinda of a wake-up call like hello

 I am an on again off again smoker. I will be fine until we go out again. When we go out to drink i hace to hacve acig and then you have them left over an dthey cost alot so you don't wann throw them away so you keep them and the cally ou name to smoke them and you keep going and going and going like the enigizer bunny unti l on e say you say enough is enough and stop. I have always klnow to stauy away from tha t stuff beacause alot of addictions in my family on both sides. i believe addictions are genetiv, or at least can be. Had plenty of opertunity to and just didnt;

 I am such a night person always have been even with the meds i think it is just me nothing to do with the bp. I also think this is just my time relaxing while everyone else is asleep.
Whether a glass if half full or half empty depends on the attitude of the person looking at it.

When you come to the end of your rope tie a knot and hang on.

 I lovew the evenings. No morning for me thank you. Late nights...hmmm.. I think I have had bp for awhile and it has escalted in the last few years. some day I'm up until the morning other day s i cna be in bed at 10

 all this talk of drugs and losing virginity - i find it hard to ask my kids not to follow my example. although i've never told about my example. but obviously putting things off until they're more mature is the goal.

as for age - it is what you make of it. for example, when my brother-in-law turned 40 he decided he shouldn't wear jeans anymore. i didn't know why, i was pretty young. but it's like throwing in the towel.

 Amanda my mom had me at 16 so i know how you feel i had my son a 24 my parents were so strict on me until i moved out.
