I just suck at this job. I cant manage people. they just do whatever no matter what I say and its like they dont take me seriously. Then I look like an idiot when my boss asks me questions about why stuff happens.

Wow, I am really sorry this is happening. Can you write them up to let them know you are serious? Let them know when it comes to raises they won't be getting them because of their performance?

Maybe you could call them to your office one at a time and have a talk with each one telling them you need their cooperation because you are indeed going to put it their personnel file that their performance is poor because of their noncompliance.

Morning uppity, morning Blue.

Blue, sorry to hear about the job problems. Are you looking for something else that you might be better able to handle? Maybe the stress is too much...or if you really hate it, it will show thru.

On the other hand, if it's just because of cycling, hang in there a bit and them maybe it will get better.

They call me Jrock :)

I'm still alive....Pearl Jam

Bipolar 1

Trileptal 1200 mg
Klonopin .5 mg up to 4 times per day
Lamictal
Wellbutrin
Singular (for allergies)
