*rant coming*

This jack ass of an agent named Dean who had gone on vacation and left instructions for another agent in their office to make a payment of $250.01 onto one of our insureds accounts. Well he neglected to tell her that $201.90 of that had to be applied to their auto policies so it was all placed on the motorcycle policy... well now their auto policies are pending cancelation for non payment. When I told him that we can't just move that overpayment from one system over to the other (their on different platforms) he flipped his lid at me demanding that I do it. (OH and don't forget he talked to me in a nice condecending tone like I was some stupid female who didn't know what she was doing -- this might not be my normal job, but when I call the help line and get the answer, I KNOW that answer is right the jackass) so then he demanded to talk to a supervisor... which is fine... but god forbid he have to leave a voicemail because god forbid I can't magically glue a supervisor's ass to their chair and hammer said chair to the ground so that they can't escape from his psychotic ass.

Well he ended up in voicemail and la de frickin' da!

"You did it before and you WILL do it again... no wonder you have such a hard time keeping agents..." blah blah fucking blah... stick it up your ass ooh la la. Do NOT presume to tell me what to do EVER in the work place. I know my job, and I do my job well. So well in fact that my supervisors are usually worried until they realize that I'm just very gifted and effecient.

*sigh*

Well so far my day is going pretty good. I'm a little tired this morning. For some reason I woke up at 4am this morning out of the blue. It upset me a first cause I didn't know if I would be able to go back to sleep. But one thing I discovered is their is nothing on t.v. but infamercials(sp) so I went back to sleep.

Anywho, I say we get the suntan lotion out and ask the cabana boys to put it on our backs. That sounds so awesome to me. with all my love, Jeanne
