Hello Fragile, are you still at work? Well you could still visit Starbucks but i guess you wouldn't be able to sleep, huh. Well i have to have at least 4 cups of coffee to get me going of a morning. I guess i still feel sluggish after taking my nighttime meds.

Medications: Omeprazole 20 mg. 2x daily; Levothyroxine 50 mcg. 1 daily; Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. 2 daily; Cozaar 50 mg. 1 daily; Orphenadrine 100 mg. 2x daily; Gabapentin 1,200 mg. 3x daily; Tramadol 50 mg. 1 every 6 hours as needed; Cymbalta 30 mg. 1 daily; Abilify 30 mg. 1 daily; Ambien CR 12.5 mg. 2 at bedtime; Extra Strength Tylenol as needed.

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days, but my computer crashed and had to be shipped off to TX to be repaired. I went through computer withdrawal, and I missed everyone here.

Yeah, I'm still at work. Coffee doesn't really keep me up, but I shouldn't spend money on it at this point.

I've been sleeping relatively well this last week, just not quite on the right schedule this weekend. With my work hours sleep is always going to be an issue. I did resist buying more energy drinks this week.

That's good. I've wondered if they really work. I've been tempted to try them more than once. What kind did you favor?
