I was just thinking my health is much more valuable now that i have lost some. I never thought about it that much before i guess. When you loose something is when you think about it. I was also thinking LOL about years from now i will not be as disappointed by the things i did but by the things i did not do.In the end its not the years in your life that count but the life in your years.

I've had a cold for 6 weeks and really wonder just how much stress contributed, since we have plenty of stress with the kids. So my QOL has suffered and I realised if I want to continue to cope and to enjoy life I am going to have to make a big effort to be fitter, eat more healthily, set boundaries and do activities for myself, because if I don't I can't help anyone else.
All we have to do is decide what to do with the time that is given to us. Gandalf, LOTR
