MDJunction to me

2steveb" In life we all have trials and tribulations to endure weather it be physical, mental or social. For me personally when i encountered MDJunction i was astounded. Since i joined MDJunction to me it has been a god send and a life saver. I have met and been able to converse freely with so many people in the same situation as myself, (that alone is a big help, to know your not alone) to be able to discuss and get good advice from a braud section of people. One of lifes hardest things is to discuss personal issues with friends/family and yet the mdj family is non judgmental and you will be made totally welcome to talk through any issue thats on your mind. There are forums for every known issue to mankind, to me MDJ.com has become my family extension, id be lost without these good people and the extremely good guide lines that group leaders help us all with to keep threads topical and friendly." Hello and welcome, Heather. I'm sorry you are still very depressed. Bipolar is hard to deal with at times. That up and down of mania and depression is difficult to live with. I assume that you are on meds. Have they been adjusted recently?

When I am really depressed I try to make myself be around people and I do a lot of walking. I just try to do those activities that normally bring me pleasure. It seems to help some. I hope you feel better soon. It's hard to feel sad all the time.

This is a very supportive group and you will find help with your struggles here. Feel free to post elsewhere as well.

Welcome to the group Heather. It is very nice to meet you. My heart goes out to you right now. I understand depression and hospitalization. It will take a while after your meds are adjusted to feel the difference. Please be patient and know that this too shall pass.

Hi Heather, I haven't been around that long either, but long enough to that if you have a question, someone here has been there and done that. Hold on and feel better soon!
