I am new to the group and have been studying emotional health since I was diagnosed 7 years ago and I still see my psychiatrist most weeks. On the outside most people would say I am normal, but they can't hear what runs through my mind now can they. They also can't tell when I am just walking that I'd actually rather be skipping. If I manage my life well I can be hypomanic most of the year. Look forward to reading your stories. Love Megan

I'm an Advocate

Welcome Megan! It is wonderful to meet you. The members here are so supportive and well-informed.

Most of us will be jealous of your ability to stay hypomanic all year long.

Please feel free to join any discussions. Take care.

Lisa
