Are you taking your meds now, or did you stop. You need medical help, call your doctor tomorrow...and set up an appointment...please...you don't have to live like this...

LISTEN TO ME...THE MEDS TAKE TIME....AND SOMETIMES THEY NEED ADJUSTING...You are saying you quit therapy and decided to not take your meds??? Then how do you think you are going to get better??

This is not going to just go away...you need medicine and you need therapy and YOU NEED IT NOW...

Lost.......do you love your kids?? I hope you don't even have to think about it before you answer that!! IF you love those kids, get yourself to an ER at your nearest hospital right now. Your symptoms right now are very dangerous. We all go through times when we just need some damned help. I have many many times. Don't let your thoughts destroy your kids or you. Take them right now to grandma or a friend or their dad or even the neighbor, but get yourself to the the Emergency Room. The sin is not being in need it is being in need & not getting help. Cutting is very very serious and you can't live that way. Get Help Now.....Me and norma are gonna be right there with you in spirit. We love you too much to let you self destroy. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Love

Gloria

Bipolar disease in the manic phase can have the same characeristics.

Please get some help like Gloria said...NOW...THIS IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH....IT IS NOT A GAME...you need to call someone to come stay with you...or better yet get to the hospital.

Hi Lostandscared,

This is not good. With out meds, and therapy you will just get sicker.

I have obsessive thoughts, and my meds aren't perfect, but, they help me not react to my mania. My therapist helps me with coping skills, so, I can intervene on my episodes. I decided 5 yrs ago, that, I didn't need meds, and ended up suicidal, and wanting to run away to a homeless shelter. That is not the kind of life, I want to create...LOL

Why would you want to risk following your brain? I would choose the saner route if I were you.

God Bless,Gypsy
