I was totally off meds for both of my pregnancy's. I did well. I can't say that for you though because we are all so different. I had had BP for years before I was diagnosed, formally, so I had a lot of practice, acting somewhat normal. The one to talk to is your shrink. He will give you options or at the least tell you things you should expect and be ready for. I think that concentrating every single bit of my energy toward the birth of my babies was a huge help to me also. Absorb yourself in that, it will help....Good luck. Love Gloria
