hi, crystal-are you feeling like you want to hurt yourself right now? if so, you need to call 911 RIGHT NOW! Are you alone? if you have a friend or family member you can stay with, try calling that person. we don't like to be alone when we feel this way. i'm 40 years old and bipolar. i take a lot of meds, too, but they don't always stop those thoughts. have you told your doctor about the thoughts? they may need to adjust your meds. no matter what, the most important thing is that you are safe. there are so many people here who truly care. we save each other every day by reminding one another the same thing i'll tell you: YOU ARE NEVER, EVER ALONE! Please keep talking. i'm a good listener and really want to help. Well behaved women rarely make history.
