MDJ has become a haven for me during my darkest days, yet has allowed me to reach out and help others through my experiences. I have found so many wonderful people/friends here on MDJ. I just found this support group. I was diagnosed with biploar 2 in March. I had long believed I had GAD and Major depression. I had been previously hospitalized with hallucinations.

My new Psych has put me on Tegretol - and my mood is finally...normal. I am new to Normal....I have had this bipolar or whatever it is since I was very young. I cant remember ever being any other way.
