Sad hello my name is mark and until I went to see someone I thought I was just happy and sad and needed little sleep. I was dx. as bipolar and since then I begin to understand why people would say I always go to extremies. have any else had this feeling like I race then something just shut down?

Hi, Mark, welcome to the group. I think you'll find we all feel about the same as you described. I think you'll also find this a good place to be. Just jump right in any where you feel comfortable.

thank you for welcoming me, sometimes I feel like I'm too much trouble to know. but its nice to be with people who understand the ups and downs of our lives

I know how you feel about being too much trouble to know. I feel like "if they really knew me, they wouldn't like me". But here, they do really know me and they do really like me. At least I think so. No, I know they do. And they'll all like you too.

I feel that way all the time, its like I want to vanish and be alone which I feel most of the time.

RI,

If I were close to Johns Hopkins (Baltimore), I think I'd go to their mood disorders clinic because I'm in love with Kay Jamison. I wonder if my feelings would get in the way of receiving good therapy (humor)?
