 I am currently going through a never ending mixed state. I'm 23 and have been dealing with BP I for 8 years. I believe I have lost all hope. Your story brought me to tears. I will post mine soon.

 thank you for telling your story xbefore i came on this site i barely knew much about my illness and had not met anyone else with bipolar disorder x its people like you that help me carry on knowing im not alone x thank you x and have you ever considered writing a book x
