 Hi,

I am reaching out. My partner is bipolar. Is it common for them to make impulsive decisions like giving away personal items without telling you?

Welcome to our site.

Yes, I am bipolar, and in a manic state I can be impulsive. I haven't given away personal items. I have ran around helping people. I have inconsiderate. I become oblivious, when, I am manic.

 Hi Junior, welcome to the sight. When my wife is on the high side she will give anyone that needs something what ever she has that she thinks will help. Consult me... before she was stable never, now she is stable she talks to me about most all decisions of consequense. I think she knows where she has been and second guesses her decision alot now.
